This manual is prepared in the spirit of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”) and should be read with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”). Nosibele is a private company providing embroidery, printing and branded apparel services.
